Abdul D. Smith is wanted for his alleged involvement in a major drug distribution conspiracy operating throughout the United States. Smith is allegedly part of a criminal enterprise which is responsible for transshipping gallons of PCP and multi-kilogram quantities of cocaine from California and Texas, respectively, for subsequent distribution along the East Coast to include New York, Washington, D.C., and Atlanta, Georgia.

The FBI, DEA, and the Washington, D.C. Metropolitan Police Department have been investigating a D.C. based group connected with this enterprise since 2003. On March 12, 2004, a Federal Grand Jury, United States District Court, Washington, D.C., indicted Smith and other individuals for conspiracy to distribute PCP and various other related charges. Smith is the only indictee who remains at large.

The FBI is offering a reward of up to $15,000 for information leading to the arrest of Abdul D. Smith.
