Danny Arthur Moran, a non-custodial father, is wanted for allegedly abducting his daughter, Rebecca Ann Braun in February of 1996. Rebecca Braun was standing alone in front of the Tempe, Arizona residence where she and her custodial mother resided when Danny Moran abducted her.
On March 21, 1996, the Maricopa County Superior Court, Phoenix, Arizona, issued a state arrest warrant for Danny Moran charging him with custodial interference. A federal arrest warrant was subsequently issued by the United States District Court, District of Arizona, charging Moran with unlawful flight to avoid prosecution.
