SEEKS PUBLIC ASSISTANCE TO IDENTIFY AND LOCATE BANK ROBBER

E. Lewis, Special Agent in Charge of the Federal Bureau of Investigation
in Oklahoma, announced the robbery of Mid-First Bank, 810 SW 44th, Oklahoma
City, Oklahoma.
At approximately 2:45 p.m. this afternoon, a teller noticed a white
male wearing dark panty hose pulled over his face entering the bank.
The teller attempted to leave the counter area, but was ordered to return
by the robber. He told the teller, "Give me all your money - hurry
up - hurry up." He gathered the money and exited the bank on foot
and headed westbound. During the robbery, he showed the teller that
he had a revolver with a wooden handle in a shoulder type holster. He
was described as a white male, early 40's, tan, 5'9" to 5'10",
medium build, medium length brown graying hair, wearing a blue short
sleeved plaid dress shirt with a light tee shirt underneath, khaki dress
pants, and a ball cap with a Nike logo.
The robbery is being investigated by the FBI and Oklahoma City Police
Department.
