An unknown white male is being sought for the robbery of a bank in San Diego, California. On February 21, 2004, at approximately 12:15 p.m., a lone male entered a bank, approached a victim teller in the customer service line, and allegedly produced a demand note. Reportedly, the teller handed the robber stacks of money, to include money in a dye pack. The robber allegedly placed the money in a plastic bag and exited through the south door. The robber was traveling south from the bank when the dye pack exploded. The robber allegedly dropped the bag containing the money, removed his bandana and dye-stained jacket, and fled the area. In the jacket pocket, law enforcement authorities found a hacksaw that was used to simulate a gun. Additionally, all of the money allegedly stolen was recovered and located behind the bank. During the robbery, the suspect wore a red bandana on his head, covering his forehead.
