On April 28, 2001, the police discovered the nude, decapitated remains of a young black female child. The body was located in an overgrown, wooded area in Kansas City, Missouri. On May, 1, 2001, the victim's head was discovered, wrapped in plastic garbage bags approximately 150 to 200 yards southeast of the body recovery site. Additionally, the victim may have been dead between 12 and 48 hours prior to discovery.
