It was revealed the organization is closely affiliated with the Chinese Government, therefore, it allowed the Communist to have considerable influence over the group. In May 1952, the group introduced a new song, "Song of New China---Peace," or "Song of Peace." The organization conducted anniversary celebrations to commemorate the establishment of the Chinese People's Republic.
