What if I don't have a PIN?
The PIN serves as your identifier to let you access information in systems for the Department of Education. If you do not have a PIN, go to www.pin.ed.gov to apply.

What if I don't have a TG number for the Campus-Based Programs?
The TG number is used to identify your school and your access rights in the eCampus-Based system. If you do not have a TG number for the Campus-Based Programs, you will need to enroll your organization in the Department of Education's Student Aid Internet Gateway (SAIG) at www.fsawebenroll.ed.gov. If your school is already enrolled, the Destination Point Administrator (DPA) from your organization may need to add your profile to the TG number.
Note: Schools currently participating in the Campus-Based Programs should already have a TG number. Contact your School's DPA for further information.

What if my school is new to the Campus-Based Programs?
If you do not possess a current Program Participation Agreement for Title IV programs or are a first time participant in the Campus-Based Programs, you will need to apply for participation through the Department of Education's Case Management and Oversight (CMO). An online application to participate in Federal student aid programs is available at www.eligcert.ed.gov.
