Tables 8a and 11a include city agencies with populations under 10,000 inhabitants and county agencies with populations less than 25,000, respectively. Because of space limitations these agencies are not typically published in Crime in the United States. However, for the convenience of interested data users, these two tables are being published on the Internet. The agencies included in Table 8a and Table 11a conform to the same publication criteria as those published in Tables 8 and 11; that is, the agency has submitted 12 months of complete data to the Uniform Crime Reporting Program by the established publication deadline.
