The Honolulu Division's Community Outreach Program strives to develop relations between the community and the FBI by providing educational programs and support for schools and youth through joint efforts with federal, state, and local law enforcement agencies and community organizations. Other methods of outreach include contacting businesses as well as community leaders about the FBI's mission, providing assistance for victims and witnesses involved in crimes, and implementing programs such as prevention and intervention initiatives.
