Philip James Corso spent more than 20 years in the Army. When he was released by the Army, he went to work for Senator Strom Thurmond. His job in the Army was spent in the intelligence field. Corso was never the subject of an FBI investigation, but he used to contact the Bureau while in the Army about the subjects the Army was investigating. It was alleged that he never developed any operatives or sources of his own.
