EMPLOYMENT Citizenship Requirements Employees of the United States Courts must be citizens of the United States or citizens of countries with treaty relations with the United States, as defined by the United States Department of State, and confirmed by the Administrative Office of the U. S. Courts. Non-citizen applicants must possess valid and unexpired immigration and work status documents. Applying for a Position The Human Resources Office accepts applications or resumes only for announced vacancies. Please view our current Vacancies online or telephone the 24-hour Jobline at (305) 523-5288 for an automated telephone listing. Each Notice of Vacancy includes specific qualification requirements for the position and directions on how to apply for each position. Applicants must meet minimum qualifications as stated in the announcement. Unfortunately, interviews cannot be offered to all applicants. Applicants will be notified when the position has been filled.
Application Information Judiciary Application: The AO78 Federal Application is the preferred method of applying for a position with the Court. Applicants may also submit a detailed resume, including recent salary history. Be sure to review any other specified application requirements on the Notice of Vacancy. AO78
