The Office of Diversity and Equal Opportunity (OD & EO) assists NASA in accomplishing its missions with a highly educated, culturally, racially, ethnically and gender diverse workforce, including individuals and veterans with disabilities, in all occupations and grade levels. OD & EO helps create an environment where all persons associated with NASA are treated fairly and without any forms of unlawful discrimination in any Agency program or activity.
