HALL was charged in a criminal complaint filed in U.S. Northern District Court in Rockford on May 10, 2001, before U.S. Magistrate P. Michael Mahoney, with the May 8, 2001, bank robbery of the Northwest Bank, 3114 North Rockton Avenue in Rockford. HALL is also expected to appear in front of Magistrate Mahoney in Rockford later this week for further hearings in connection with this charge.
