The following are links to annual listings of issuances of the Office of Government Ethics (OGE) as published in the Federal Register since the 1988 OGE reauthorization and separation from OPM on October 1, 1989. Regulations wherein OGE just advised, such as the GSA § 1353 travel gifts interim rule, are not listed; rules in which OGE concurred, such as the procurement integrity and agency supplemental ethics regulations, are listed. In addition to these issuances, OGE publishes its own chapter of regulations each year in the CFR (5 CFR chapter XVI).
