UFAP WARRANT ISSUED FOR TOMMY E. JONES

Kathleen L. McChesney, Special Agent in Charge of the Chicago Office of the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), is asking the public's help on locating TOMMY E. JONES. A warrant for his arrest was issued late yesterday, charging TOMMY E. JONES with Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution (UFAP). The UFAP stems from local charges filed by the Circuit Court of Cook County, Illinois charging JONES with the kidnaping of OLA NIKITA HARRIS-BOUNDS.

On that date, BOUNDS mother had come to pick up BOUNDS from her father's house to take her back to her residence. BOUNDS refused to go with her mother and ran out of the house. TOMMY E. JONES, who was also present at time, blocked BOUNDS mother from going after her. JONES then followed after BOUNDS. JONES later phoned BOUNDS parents to inform them that BOUNDS with him but would not be returning home.

Information has been received that TOMMY E. JONES may have fled the area and currently may be outside of Illinois. OLA NIKITA HARRIS-BOUNDS is said to be with him.

JONES is described a as a black male, 27 years of age, 175 lbs, black hair, brown eyes, dark complexion, medium build, with a tattoo on the left side of his neck.

BOUNDS is described as a black female, 12 years of age, 103lbs, black hair, brown eyes, and a light complexion.
