07/28/2004: Because of changes at the US&FCS, the Trade Opportunity Program (TOP) database has been rebuilt and new leads are being posted. They are, unfortunately, formatted slightly differently than they were previously. We apologize for this change.

04/27/2004: The International Trade Library now offers separate views for each location within the Library. This was added several weeks ago and has been a big hit with users. Try it out!
