[STAT-USA Products and Services]
  • Do you work in a business looking for new markets to sell your products or services?
  • Are you a librarian helping a patron find information allowing her to gauge the direction of the economy and helping her make a financial decision?
  • Are you a college student looking for information about doing business in foreign countries for your International Marketing class?
  • Is your trade association looking for services to offer its members?
  • Is the state Economic Development Agency you work for trying to assist local businesses grow and prosper to help reduce unemployment in your community?

If your answer to any of these questions is
YES then STAT-USA can help you!

STAT-USA, an agency in the Economics and Statistics Administration, U.S. Department of Commerce has the answers to many of the above questions and more. Our job is to deliver vital economic, business, and international trade information produced by the U.S. Government to you so you can make an important decision that may affect your business, your career, your community, or your personal finances.

Information you may need is produced by hundreds of separate offices and divisions of the government. It is almost impossible for individuals to find out what is available, much less obtain it and use it. STAT-USA does that for you. Our mission is to scour the government information vaults, assemble that information in one location, and deliver it to you using the most advanced computer technologies available.

We deliver this information through
low cost subscription services like STAT USA/Internet® and USA Trade® Online. Free access to this information is also available through federal depository libraries -- a system of 1,300 libraries located throughout the country dedicated to delivering government information to you, our citizens.

STAT-USA services are not funded by the general taxpayer. Our only revenues are derived from the customers we serve. Therefore, customer service is critical to our success and we take it very seriously.

We don’t claim to have all government information. If you don’t see it on this service, contact us and we’ll either try to get it for you, or point you in the right direction.
