DSS Provides Enhanced Customer Support
NEW DoD Security Services Center

Effective July 12, 2004, DSS will combine our current call center resources under the new name of the DoD Security Services Center. There will be one single toll-free number, 888-282-7682, to call for "one stop security services." Customers can expect the same level of expertise from the security professionals that now handle inquiries on personnel and facility clearances and technical or system related issues.

The hours of operation for our call center will be Monday through Friday from 0700 to 1700 EST. When calling 888-282-7682, customers will be presented with menu options for: (1) personnel and facility clearances, (3) technical and system issues, and (4) all other issues or for customers who are not sure which menu option to choose.

These call center changes are being implemented as a direct result of feedback and comments from our customers. As the DoD Security Services Center continues to add enhancements and improvements, we encourage you to continue to provide us with feedback in order to help guide our future improvements.
