Urgent Reminder to Industry Facility Security Officers (FSOs)

Have you read ISL 04L-2? Have you been regularly checking the ESPQ Receipts website to ensure that all required pieces to your employees' investigative packages have been received?

Interim eligibility determinations (clearances) and investigative requests will be withdrawn for incomplete investigative packages if all required documentation (e.g., EPSQ, Fingerprint Cards and General Relases) is not received by August 15, 2004 as outlined in ISL 04L-2. If your employee(s) with complete/nonactionable investigative packages are overseas, follow the directions in the ISL on how to provide such notification to DISCO.
