Review the Latest Virus Information from C&SS (updated 7/26/2004) |

Install and Use Anti-Virus Software (available freely from the Computer Services Helpdesk) |
|
|
Keep Virus Definition Files (commonly called DAT's) Up-To-Date |
|
|
Beware of Hoaxes (usually disguised as well-intentioned warnings) |
While Computer Services will alert users (via Majordomo) of any viruses that particularly threaten the NCI-Frederick campus, users are encouraged to regularly check the Symantec Anti-Virus Center for timely alerts.
