Thehe Computer Services Helpdesk provides the NCI-Frederick community with a single point of contact for computer assistance, information, service, and support. The Helpdesk is staffed from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, excluding NCI-Frederick holidays.  Users can expect most requests to be addressed within 5 working days, "urgent" request within 1 working day (click here to read more about our service goals).

There are currently 49 requests for service pending.
Average turn-around time over the last 7 days is: 0.65 Days.
