Do not use the form for reporting SPAM. All SPAM should be forwarded to abuse@noaa.gov. Include full header information in the forwarded mail. NOAA Guidelines for Dealing with E-Mail Spam

Due to the enhance features incorporated into the form, users are required to authenticate through the NOAA Directory. This will allow users to make changes previously submitted incident reports and submit new incident reports.

Report IDs for reports submitted previously MAY have changed in the new form.
