A Note to our Users
Unfortunately, there are very few of us here at
Answers@NOAA.gov and we have many other tasks.
We cannot search the Web for you, answer general science questions,
help write your science projects, do your homework assignments,
or evaluate your personal theories.
We encourage you to use the resources on this page,
as well as your local library, encyclopedias,
and online search engines. There are many freely available
search engines on the Internet to help in finding answers to
questions; as an example, the Google Engine located at
http://www.google.com
works well for science-related questions, but this is neither
an endorsement of Google nor to be construed as the only search
engine that is available for science-related questions,
we are merely using it as an example of what is available.
If you send us a specific question regarding the overall
NOAA organization or specific programs within NOAA,
something we are uniquely in a position to answer,
we will try to answer it in as timely a manner as possible.
But we respectfully request that before you ask,
please check the 'Find Answers' page to make sure
that we haven't already answered it.
Thank you from the Answers@NOAA.gov staff.
