The Text Only button supports Section 508 compliance. When activated (clicked), all hot-links (underlined links) contained within the graphic images (pictures) are inactive and the hot-links will not work. This allows third-party screen readers the ability to translate the character text contained within the site into a format that is understandable to the user.
