Washington, D.C. — Today, the United States House of Representatives passed the James M. Inhofe National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) for Fiscal Year 2023. This legislation overturns Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate, works to counter China, increases defense funding to keep pace with inflation, and provides a 4.6% pay raise for our servicemembers.
