The Capitol Visitor Center is open Monday-Friday from 9 a.m.-3:30 p.m. All tours are led by our professional tour guides and visit the Crypt, the Rotunda and National Statuary Hall. The tour does not include the Senate and House Galleries. The tour route is subject to change.
The White House is both home and workplace of the President of the United States and is full of history and architectural splendor – truly a sight to see. White House tours are available Tuesday through Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., and Friday and Saturday from 7:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m (excluding federal holidays and unless otherwise noted). The tours are self-guided.
Please note that White House tours are fully booked through 2022.
White House tours may be submitted up to 3 months in advance, but no later than 3 weeks before the requested tour date.
Each person in your tour party must submit security information to the White House via a link they provide.
Tours are scheduled on a first come, first served basis and a limited number of spaces are available; therefore, you are encouraged to submit your request as early as possible. Admittance is determined by the individual tour site or agency, not by the Congressional office.
