Levin Releases Annual Report with 2021 Highlights

WARREN, MI – Today, Congressman Andy Levin (MI-09) released a report highlighting the work he completed for Michigan's Ninth District during 2021.

"In 2021, we strived to build back better and recover from an economic crisis and public health emergency that has shaken our country to its core and impacted people around the globe," said Congressman Levin. "I held firm in the fight for comprehensive bills to lift up working families reduce poverty, make vital investments to combat climate change and rebuild our crumbling infrastructure. Despite challenges, I sought to ensure that through my work in Congress, the American people will feel transformative change for years to come."

Notable wins for the Ninth District during 2021 include:

• Over $2M constituent dollars recovered;
• 2 bills signed into law;
• 30 pieces of legislation authored;
• 12 amendments passed in the House of Representatives;
• 310 bills cosponsored;
• 951 constituent cases resolved;
• 107,870 constituent response letters mailed; and
• 3 awards from local organizations.
