Thank you for your interest in attending one of the Service Academies of the United States.
Please contact my Academy Liaison, Mary O'Connor, directly at mary.oconnor@mail.house.gov with the following information:
- Full name
- Mailing address (please include zip code)
- Email address
- Phone number
- Academy/Academies you wish to apply to
- Current grade (9th, 10th, 11th, 12th)
Once you contact Mary, she will send you the written application. That completed application, with all components, must be received by October 7, 2022 to be considered for an interview with Rep. Smucker's Academy Board.
