COVID-19 Uninsured Program & Coverage Assistance Fund

On March 22, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET, the COVID-19 Claims Reimbursement to Health Care Providers and Facilities for Testing, Treatment, and Vaccine Administration for the Uninsured (Uninsured Program) will stop accepting claims for testing and treatment due to lack of sufficient funds. On April 5, 2022 at 11:59 pm ET, the Uninsured Program and the COVID-19 Coverage Assistance Fund (CAF) will stop accepting vaccination claims due to a lack of sufficient funds. All submitted claims will be paid subject to the availability of funds.

FEMA has opened applications for families looking to be reimbursed for COVID-19-related funeral expenses.
Individuals and households can get reimbursement for COVID-19-related funeral expenses incurred between Jan. 20 and Dec. 31, 2020.
FEMA has set up restrictions on who can apply:

Applications must be U.S. citizens, non-citizen nationals or qualified aliens who paid for funeral expenses after Jan. 20, 2020.

The funeral expenses must be for an individual whose death in the U.S., its territories or the District of Columbia, may have been caused by or was likely the result of COVID-19.

Children cannot apply for COVID-19 Funeral Assistance on behalf of an adult who is not a U.S. citizen, non-citizen national, or qualified alien.

Applicants may apply by calling 844-684-6333 (TTY: 800-462-7585) from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday. Multilingual services are available.

Vendors and suppliers may register with the Arizona Procurement Portal should they wish to offer proposals of goods or services directly to the State of Arizona.

The State of Arizona is asking those who share offers of key resources directly related to the COVID-19 response to do so through a questionnaire process. If you would like to submit your offer, please fill out the COVID-19 Response Offer Form.

The Department of State recommends that Americans traveling overseas register with their Smart Traveler Enrollment Program (STEP) at step.state.gov . By doing so, they can directly receive the latest alerts from the U.S. embassy or consulate nearest their location about the current COVID-19 situation there.

Constituents with a COVID-19 virus-related emergency overseas can contact the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate or call the Department of State’s 24/7 assistance call center at 1-888-407-4747 (within the U.S. or Canada) or 1-202-501-4444 (from overseas). They should also consult the CDC website for the most up-to-date information and please see the CDC’s latest recommendations on what we can all do to reduce our risk of contracting COVID-19.
CDC Guidance on How to Protect Yourself

Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth.

Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue, then throw the tissue in the trash.

Clean and disinfect frequently touched objects and surfaces using a regular household cleaning spray or wipes.

Wear a face covering when leaving your home.

Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds. If soap and water are not readily available, use an alcohol-based hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.

Stay up to date on vaccinations, including the influenza vaccine.

Avoid close contact with people who are sick. Maintain at least six feet of distance from anyone exhibiting obvious symptoms.
