Tour Request

Our nation's capital is one of the most interesting and exciting cities in the world, filled with first-class museums, monuments, and landmarks. There is a great deal to see on your visit, and my office is happy to assist you in answering questions about your trip and directing you and your family to helpful resources.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, tours to the following federal buildings have been suspended until further notice:

  • Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) 

  • Bureau of Engraving & Printing (BEP) 

  • Pentagon

  • State Department 

  • Treasury Department

 

United States Capitol

I am pleased to share that public tours of the United States Capitol have resumed with limited availability and some restrictions. My office can help schedule a tour of the White House and the U.S. Capitol. Tours to the Library of Congress can be self-booked by clicking here.

White House

The White House is now open for tours on Friday and Saturday from 8:00 AM - 12:30 PM. My office can request a tour on your behalf, but final tour decisions come directly from the White House. We cannot guarantee that you will receive a tour. Please plan ahead as you need to request White House tours at least three weeks in advance.

 

United States Supreme Court

The Supreme Court is the highest court in the nation. Although the Supreme Court does not offer guided walking tours, visitors are encouraged to tour public portions of the building on a self-guided basis. For more information, please click here


Self-Request Tours

The Library of Congress, the nation's oldest federal cultural institution serves as a research arm for the U.S. Congress. The LoC has reopened and visitors are required to reserve timed entry passes to enter. To book timed-entry passes, please click here.

The Kennedy Center offers free daily guided tours of indoor and outdoor grounds. To learn more about tours, please click here.
