Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies!

As part of serving California's 15th District in the U.S. House of Representatives, I have the great privilege each year of nominating a limited number of people to four of the five service academies. The honor of attending a service academy comes with an obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation. If you're interested in attending a service academy, please join us for a Virtual Service Academy Information Night providing insights and details about our nation’s service academies and the application process. The date and time of the information session will be annouced soon.

 

In order to be considered for a service academy nomination, please complete this 2022 Service Academy Nomination Application and return it with all supporting documentation to the District Office no later than 5:00 P.M. Pacific Time on Friday, November 11, 2022.  If you have any issues downloading the application, please call our office at 510-370-3322.

Please note that transcripts must be transmitted directly from your school registrar and test scores must be transmitted directly from the relevant testing agency. For ACT scores please use reporting code 7254 and for SAT scores please use reporting code 4475.
