My office is happy to assist during your visit to Washington, D.C. All tickets are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that during busy tourism times, many White House tours are denied due to the high volume of requests. Please request your tickets as early as possible in order to maximize your chances.

The White House

  • On Friday, April 15, 2022, the White House began hosting tours in a limited capacity. Requests for White House tours should be submitted 3 to 4 months before the requested date and no less than 21 days in advance.  Tours will be available on a first-come, first-served basis, on Fridays and Saturdays only, from 8:00 AM to 12:30 PM. The White House is closed on all Federal Holidays.

The Capitol

  • On Monday, March 28, 2022, Phase 1 of Capitol tours resumed with a limited number of staff-led tours. Request for Capitol tours should be submitted 1 to 2 months before the requested date and no less than 21 days in advance. Tours of the Capitol are available Monday through Friday from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Library of Congress

  • Every Library of Congress visitor, regardless of age, must have a free time-entry pass to enter the Thomas Jefferson Building. Passes are offered every Tuesday – Saturday, 10am – 4pm and until 7pm on Thursdays, in 15-minute increments. We release time-entry passes 30 days in advance, and we are currently accepting reservations through April 27th, 2022. Each box in the table below features the number of passes still available to reserve for that date and time slot.
  • Each visitor may reserve up to (10) passes per day.
  • Please note: the Library is closed for public visits on Sundays and Mondays.

Supreme Court

  • The Supreme Court is currently closed to the public. The Supreme Court website will be updated in advance of a change in status.

Bureau of Engraving and Printing Tours

Due to the pandemic and BEP’s critical function of producing U.S. currency and meeting the current high demand for cash, the BEP remains closed to visitors. Tour reservations are not being accepted at this time, and a date has not been determined for when tours might resume. The BEP website will be updated in advance of a change in status.

FBI Tours

The FBI is currently closed to the public. The FBI website will be updated in advance of a change in status.
