This fellowship is open to high school and college students who live and/or learn in Michigan’s 11th Congressional district.

Each fall, a nation-wide middle and high school coding competition is sponsored by the Members of the U.S. House of Representatives. The Congressional App Challenge is an opportunity to recognize and encourage computer science talent in the nation, as well as in our Congressional District.


Purchase U.S. flags through our office. You may also request the flags purchased through our office be flown over the Capitol.

The honor of attending a service academy comes with the obligation and commitment to serve in the military for a minimum of five years upon graduation.

Washington, D.C.

In the Washington, DC office, internships run throughout the fall, spring or summer semesters for college students. The hours are flexible to accommodate students' hectic course schedules, but generally run 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. when Congress is in session, and 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. when not in session.


If you can't get an answer from a federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, our office may be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need.
