Coronavirus Stimulus Checks

The third stimulus check, worth up to $1,400, is heading to the Central Valley now.

 

HOW MUCH MONEY WILL I GET?

For the third stimulus deal passed 3/11/2021, a new round of direct payments worth up to $1,400 per adult and child were established, also ensuring that mixed-status families receive payments. You can calculate how much you could receive here and these are being distributed right now.

If you still haven't received the first or second round of stimulus checks and believe you're entitled to one, please contact my office for help.

You do not have to pay this check back and it is not considered taxable income.

IF YOU HAVEN'T RECEIVED YOUR CHECK AND WOULD LIKE TO CHECK IT'S STATUS, you can do so on the IRS website HERE.

IF YOU RECEIVE SOCIAL SECURITY BENEFITS and the Social Security Administration provides regular direct deposit payments, you don't need to take any further action to get your stimulus payment.

IF YOU DON'T NORMALLY FILE TAXES, you should fill out the form HERE to receive your payment. This includes people who don't meet the income threshold necessary to file taxes, as well as those who benefit from Supplemental Security Income (SSI), veterans disability compensation, a pension, or survivor benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.
