7:43 p.m. Senator Tillis achieved UC that when the Senate adjourns later this evening, following Democrats discussing health care, the Senate reconvene tomorrow, Tuesday at 2:00 p.m. and be in a period of morning business for debate only.

The Senate will convene at 4:00 p.m. Following any Leader remarks, the Senate will proceed to Executive Session to resume consideration of Executive Calendar #115, Kristine L. Svinicki, of Virginia, to be a Member of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission post-cloture.

At 5:30pm, the Senate will proceed to a roll call vote on confirmation of the Svinicki nomination.
