Healthcare services are being compromised in order to meet the demands of caring for COVID-19 patients. However, ensuring delivery of essential health services must be prioritized to prevent increases in morbidity and mortality. Additionally, lock-downs and fear of acquiring the virus may reduce healthcare utilization; mitigation strategies are needed to ensure safe and effective delivery of routine essential services.
