WASHINGTON, D.C. – The Open World Leadership Center (the Center), an agency of the U.S. Congress, welcomes six delegations from Ukraine this week focusing on a variety of issues including Education and Public Policy. Among the arrival of these groups, the Center is thrilled to welcome its 4,000th participant from Ukraine with Ms. Kateryna Yatsura, the Director of the Web Communications Center at Karazin Kharkiv National University.
