Thank you for your interest. Internships in Congressional offices can be very rewarding experiences. I have a limited number of internships available from time to time in my San Antonio, Austin, and Washington, DC offices.
Interns on Capitol Hill have the opportunity to see how legislation is created, while interns in my Texas offices see how that legislation directly affects people and impacts our community.
If you are interested in interning, email Lloyd.Doggett@mail.house.gov with your resume and three references, a writing sample, and advise when and where you would be interested in working. While the demand usually exceeds the physical space available for people to work, I welcome your application.
