I hope all the information in this section will be helpful whether you need help with a federal agency, would like to order a flag, are requesting tours and tickets for a visit to Washington DC, or are considering applying to a service academy. If you do not receive a response from a Federal agency in a timely fashion, or if you feel you have been treated unfairly, my office may be able to help resolve a problem or get you the information you need. While I cannot guarantee you a favorable outcome, my staff and I will do our best to help you receive a fair and timely response to your concern.
At all times the Library of Congress has thousands of books available for donation to eligible groups. These surplus books are not needed for the Library’s own use, and so members of Congress may donate them to schools, libraries, community centers and other such organizations in their district.
