Earlier today SEEC members Reps. Nanette Diaz Barragán and Bonnie Watson Coleman led a letter signed by 65 Members of Congress to Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Scott Pruitt regarding concerns that the EPA will replace the Clean Power Plan with weaker safeguards that put public health at risk.
