WASHINGTON, DC - Today, Representative Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. (CA-39) voted to pass the bipartisan Clean Economy Jobs and Innovation Act—long-overdue reforms to U.S. energy policy and authorizes major investments in the transition to a low-carbon future.
WASHINGTON, DC - Today, Representative Gilbert R. Cisneros, Jr. (CA-39) voted to pass the bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act (H.R. 1957). This bill provides permanent, full funding for the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF) and establishes the National Parks and Public Land Legacy Restoration Fund. These two programs, with broad bipartisan support, will invest in our public lands and state and local parks, including Chino Hills State Park. Rep. Cisneros is a cosponsor of the bill. It’s now headed to the President’s desk for his signature.
