  Under clause 2 of rule XIII, reports of committees were delivered to 
the Clerk for printing and reference to the proper calendar, as 
follows:

       Mr. TAKANO: Committee on Veterans' Affairs. H.R. 2109. A 
     bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to authorize the 
     Secretary of Veterans Affairs, in awarding a contract for the 
     procurement of goods or services, to give a preference to 
     offerors that employ veterans (Rept. 116-117). Referred to 
     the Committee of the Whole House on the state of the Union.
       Mr. TAKANO: Committee on Veterans' Affairs. H.R. 2196. A 
     bill to amend title 38, United States Code, to reduce the 
     credit hour requirement for the Edith Nourse Rogers STEM 
     Scholarship program of the Department of Veterans Affairs 
     (Rept. 116-118). Referred to the Committee of the Whole House 
     on the state of the Union.
       Mr. McGOVERN: Committee on Rules. House Resolution 445. A 
     resolution providing for consideration of the bill (H.R. 
     3055) making appropriations for the Departments of Commerce 
     and Justice, Science, and Related Agencies for the fiscal 
     year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; 
     relating to consideration of the bill (H.R. 2740) making 
     appropriations for the Departments of Labor, Health and Human 
     Services, and Education, and related agencies for the fiscal 
     year ending September 30, 2020, and for other purposes; and 
     providing for proceedings during the period from June 28, 
     2019, through July 8, 2019 (Rept. 116-119). Referred to the 
     House Calendar.
