Student Art Competition
- The Lucille Roybal-Allard Student Art Competition is held annually, and is open to students in grades 9-12 residing in the 40th District. The competition’s winning entry is placed on display in the U.S. Capitol for one year. The winning artist receives a scholarship and a trip to Washington, DC, in the company of a guardian.
