Taxes

The Internal Revenue Service (IRS) is responsible for administering the Internal Revenue Code enacted by Congress. If you need information pertaining to individual and business taxes, tax laws, and forms and publications, the IRS website provides information that can be downloaded for current and previous tax years.

If my office can be of service, please call my team in the Everett office.

The Privacy Act of 1974 requires that Members of Congress and their staff have written authorization before they can obtain information about an individual's case. Please fill out the privacy release form here.

Are you in disagreement with the IRS and have not been able to resolve the issue through the Taxpayer Advocate Services?

My office may make inquiries on your behalf and attempt to help resolve this matter. Before we can take action, you must complete and sign the Privacy Act Consent Form.

Do you need assistance with tax or filing information?

Questions regarding filing, tax law or other general questions should be directed to the IRS website or your local IRS office. If you do not find the answers to your questions through these resources, please contact my Everett office.
