Fiscal Responsibility

I am a strong believer in fiscal responsibility and believe we need to get our national debt under control. Our national debt stands at over $22 trillion dollars, and it is increasing every second. The Democrats’ proposed policies such as the Green New Deal and Medicare for All would be disastrous for the financial stability of our country. Each Congress I have cosponsored the balanced budget amendment to the Constitution. I firmly believe we must balance our budget and address the national debt growth.
