The contributors to the report include Rep. Mike Thompson (D-CA), chair of the House Gun Violence Prevention Task Force, Rep. Marcia Fudge (D-OH), chair of the Congressional Black Caucus, Chicago Mayor Rahm Emanuel and Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake.
