Military Academy Nominations

All of our outstanding nominees possess the kind of leadership skills necessary to be successful in school, business and in life. Graduating from a Service Academy ensures a good career after graduation and opens doors for the rest of their lives. Thank you for your interest in the U.S. Service Academies. As your 4th District Representative in the U.S. House of Representatives, each year I have the privilege of nominating a limited number of students to four of the five service academies.

        United States Congressional Service Scholarship Application Checklist

• Candidate Application – Print and complete the application packet and attach an appropriate photograph.
• Letters of Recommendation – Each applicant is required to submit two (2) letters of recommendation.
• Academic Transcript - Official transcripts must be in a sealed envelope with a signature across the seal.
• Standardized Test Results – ACT and SAT scores must be submitted with your application packet.

Notification of interviews will be sent via letter after all documents have been submitted.
