A modern infrastructure system is key to growing our economy. I was proud to work with Senator McConnell, Governor Begin, the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet, and members of the state legislature to get the William H. Natcher Parkway between Owensboro and Bowling Green officially designated as the William H. Natcher Expressway or I-165 earlier this year. Companies are more likely to do business off of a designated federal interstate, and being part of the interstate system makes the Natcher Expressway eligible for federal funding. I will continue to advocate for support for the Second District’s roads, bridges, and waterways.
