Appropriations Requests

Please find Congresswoman Susan Wild's year 2021 (FY21) Appropriations request below.

A request to include a specific bill or report language that does not direct funding to a particular entity but encourages, urges, or directs some type of action by an agency.

A request to fund a specific Federal program at a specified level.

All forms must be submitted by TUESDAY, MARCH 10. 

If you have multiple requests please include all of the required information on a separate form.

As with previous years, earmarks have been banned, so only programmatic, bill, and report language requests are acceptable.

The House Rules define an earmark as --

a provision or report language included primarily at the request of a Member, Delegate, Resident Commissioner, or Senator providing, authorizing or recommending a specific amount of discretionary budget authority, credit authority, or other spending authority for a contract, loan, loan guarantee, grant, loan authority, or other expenditure with or to an entity, or targeted to a specific State, locality or Congressional district, other than through a statutory or administrative formula-driven or competitive award process.

Earmark requests will not be accepted!

You may use the President's FY21 budget as a reference in preparing your submission(s) when it's released.
