No family should have to choose between paying rent or paying for their children’s meds. Current rules force the CHIP program to pay higher prices for prescription drugs– which reduces access to meds for the 10,000+ children in PA-07 on CHIP. It’s unacceptable.
So, I introduced a bipartisan bill to make sure states can purchase prescription drugs at the lowest price possible so that no meds are out of reach.
